We are so happy that you have chosen to purchase from us. We will be glad to assist you in any way we can. As we are a small business, which we hope will grow with this new website, we are unable to offer credit card sales at this time. We are hoping to add this service in the very near future. We also do not offer C.O.D. shipments. DUE TO OUR HANDCRAFTED PIECES BEING MADE FROM NATURAL MATERIALS, ALL SALES WILL BE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. If an item that you want has been sold and either the order is cancelled or returned, we will be happy to email or contact you, to give you the opportunity to buy the item, before it is placed back on our page as being available. BOTANICALS, BULK TEAS AND SUPPLEMENTS: Our tea's are sold in half pound packages. We aim to have the best possible price and we, ourselves do a lot of shopping around for the highest quality at the lowest prices. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISUSES OF THESE PRODUCTS. We encourage everyone to research any product before using and use in accordance to the manufacturers suggestions, and CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR. When ordering bulk herbs, please specify cut, whole, or powdered. If an herb doesn't list one of these, it is only available in what is listed. ALL AVAILABILITY AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, WITHOUT NOTICE, DEPENDING ON OUR SUPPLIERS. Some items are seasonal and may be difficult to obtain, at different times of the year. We will contact you, if we foresee any long term problems. CRAFT SUPPLIES: Please indicate the item, size, quantity, color and /or style. We try to offer the lowest prices on many of our items by offering quantity discounts, to make it more economical for you. The items that do no have quantity discounts listed, are at our lowest prices per each. METHODS OF PAYMENT: For the quickest shipment of your purchases, we recommend paying in the form of US POSTAL MONEY ORDERS. Items purchased with this method will be shipped out within 3 business days. We do accept personal and business checks, but we will hold your order from shipping, until your check clears our bank. Any checks that are returned for insufficient funds, will be charged a $25.00 fee and any future orders, will have to be made by US POSTAL MONEY ORDERS. Be aware that personal or business checks, may take up to 10 days to clear the banks. MINIMUM ORDERS OF $20.00 IS REQUIRED. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We will ship either UPS or US Post Office Priority Mail. Please make sure to include both, your street address and your P.O. Box to avoid delays in shipping. RETURN POLICY: Chism's Trail will be happy to accept returns of any item(s) that you are not satisfied with and the item is unused and returned to us, in excellent condition, except in the case of damage during the shipping. There will be NO RETURNS on any botanicals, like bulk herbal teas and bulk powered herbs. Food supplements may be returned, only if the manufacturers seal was broken upon delivery.
